Hose - Overview

FlexEJ offer a comprehensive range of hose, from standard parts through to individually engineered and manufactured assemblies.

Hoses are offered with rubber or metallic cores, braiding and connections to suit to exact requirements.

l	Rubber Core - Premium Quality hoses for HVAC fancoil and other applications. EPDM core and 304SS braiding, wide range of standard end fittings available. Available ex stock, 2/3 day, or on short lead time.

l	Metallic Core - Standard metallic hoses, core 304 / 321 / 316 Stainless Steel with 304 Stainless Steel braid. Wide range of end fittings in carbon or stainless steel. Fully Engineered hose in core 304 / 321 / 316 Stainless Steel with 304 Stainless Steel braid. Wide range of end fittings in carbon or stainless steel. 15mm (1/2") through to 250mm (10") in any length (unlimited) with flanged or other terminations to suit the application and client requirement.

l	Bulk Metal Hose - hose supplied in drum lengths for OEM and assembler applications. Sizes from 6mm (1/4") to 50mm (2") nominal bore. 321 or 316 Stainless Steel core with optional 304 Stainless Steel outer braid. Available ex stock UK.

l	Composite - composite hoses for chemical / refinery apllications and tanker loading in sizes from 25mm (1") to 200mm (8") with flanged or other terminations to suit the application and client requirement. Constructed from multiple layers of thermoplastic films or polypropylene and supported by fabric layers for mechanical strength. The hose layers are held and tensioned by internal and external steel wire helices.
