FlexEJ has kicked off 2024 with the launch of a state-of-the-art packaged plate heat exchanger range, named PhexPak.
The FlexEJ PhexPak range, designed and built in the UK using top-tier components, combines high quality with real value for money – it is fully customisable and configurable.
PhexPak Applications
The PhexPak range offers a more compact, energy-efficient and cost-effective alternative to traditional calorifiers, in particular for commercial DHW supply. It is suitable for use in a wide array of commercial applications as a space saving alternative to calorifiers.
PhexPak can deliver DHW either instantaneously or semi-instantaneously when connected to a direct feed storage vessel.
PhexPak can also be used on LTHW systems with varying primary flow temperatures to ensure the secondary circuit temperature is maintained.
The PhexPak’s up to date digital functionality allows simple control of and adjustment of the secondary supply temperature and includes:
• App-based set up and operation via Bluetooth connection to smart device
• BACnet connectivity with daisy chain capability
• Built-in manual reset hi-limit function
• Time schedule programme
• Adjustable legionella cycle programme
• Local interface display
PhexPak Range Overview
The PhexPak range can adapt to a broad range of applications due to their flexibility and customisability. The standard range has a heat load duty from 50kW to 1200kW and offers several additional accessories tailored to the specific installation.
PhexPak is an entirely modular and flexible product, meaning we can design and build the product to suit the exact requirements of your project.
